Quick, healthy start!

Good morning beautiful people ☀️ I get a lot of questions about food and diet, and while I am not a nutritionist, I know what I eat, and I know what works for me. That being said, no matter WHO you are, it’s essential to get something healthy in your body each morning to kickstart your metabolism and get some fuel in your tank. Yep, SOMETHING for breakfast. It doesn’t have to be sit-down (eggs, cereal, etc). Quite honestly, most of us don’t have time for that if we have kids and/or work. So grab something quick and portable. This  is my go-to during the week. CLIF BARS. It’s my 7am meal (I eat 5x/day). My two favorite flavors are Peanut Butter Crunch (my favorite), and this one picture here- Oatmeal Raisin Walnut. There are A LOT of protein and energy bars on the market….most of them are filled with sugar and are the equivalent of eating a protein-filled candy bar. CLIF BARs, especially these two flavors, have a great balance of protein, carbs, and calories. And they are yummy. Enjoy 👍
